This is delicious and simple--we had it on fish tacos (baked tilapia topped with a "blackened" seasoning, topped with a simple cabbage slaw on corn tortillas.) We also have tried it on shrimp tacos--equally good.
I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this recipe. It is fantastic. I use it as a salad dressing on a green salad whenever I'm making Mexican food. Everybody loves this.
This was awesome on salmon fillets. I just broiled them like I usually do, with a spritz of lime, some zest, salt and pepper. Then once they were finished, I served the fish over rice, and we ladled on the sauce to taste. Fabulous!
