Any time my crowd gets to choose a meal, this is what they request. I add the whole package of dressing mix, reduce the amount of chicken, and make 3 times as much as they suggest for my 6.

I thought I'd like this more. I may try this again, but maybe add more of the dressing mix or some white wine.

This was good... satisfying, easy-to-make comfort food. I recommend broiling for 10-12 minutes as a quick method to cook chicken breasts. I would also suggest adding the Italian dressing mix slowly, tasting, and adjusting to your desired level of seasoning.

Easy and good weeknight meal. For as little as it cooked, it had tons of flavor, thanks to the Italian dressing mix (I used the entire envelope). Next time, I'll throw in fresh broccoli florets with the boiling pasta for more color and texture...and to get a veggie in for a complete meal.
