How to Make It

Cream butter and cheese at high speed of a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar; beat at low speed until well-blended. Add vanilla; beat well.

Perhaps it is the heat in the house but this turned out very runny. I had to add 1 cup more of icing sugar.

I much prefer the less intense taste of this cream cheese frosting to recipes using full fat cream cheese. Still seems awfully sweet but it's frosting, so I should expect that, huh? :)
