  • Grate zest from clementines to equal 4 tsp. Peel clementines, and separate into segments. Process zest, clementine segments, apple, and cranberries in a food processor until chopped. Transfer fruit to a bowl. Stir in sugar and next 2 ingredients. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.
