Yield
Serves 1 (serving size: about 1/2 cup)

Homemade or store-bought, whole-berry cranberry sauce usually yields leftovers. Swirl into oatmeal or yogurt, combine with horseradish for 'wiches, spoon over pancakes, or try a PB&C sandwich. But definitely make this holiday drink.

How to Make It

Place cranberry sauce, bourbon, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice; shake 15 seconds. Strain into a glass.

Yummy! Great use of bourbon if you don't like drinking it straight. The cranberry sauce was SUPER sweet/tart - I might tone it down next time or just use juice instead.

Quite good. It's not super sweet, more tart, from the lemon juice. It balances well with the bourbon. A good after dinner drink.

Truly delicious, I added a little bit of seltzer for bubbles!
