These are like bite-size crab salad sandwiches. Instead of bread, we've used a crisp rice cracker and added a slice of cool cucumber for texture and flavor.

How to Make It

Step 1

Mix crab, onion, cheese, dill, pepper, and zest together. Set crackers on a serving plate and top each with about 1 tbsp. crab salad. Top each with a cucumber slice and a dill sprig.
