Combine oil, eggs, and sugar; beat well. Add dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in carrots.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, and spread frosting over top of cake.
