How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together sour cream, butter, cream, eggs, and cream-style corn in a large bowl until well combined. Add muffin mix, cornstarch, salt, and pepper, and stir until just combined. Stir in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Pour mixture into a greased (with cooking spray) 9-inch square metal baking pan. Bake in preheated oven until set in center and browned on top, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 9 squares. Sprinkle with chives.
