How to Make It

Step 1

Combine lettuce, turkey, cheese, bacon, eggs, scallions, tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice; toss to coat.

Step 2

Lay 4 tortillas on a flat surface and spoon about 2 cups of salad mixture into center of each. Fold up bottom edge, then roll up tightly, folding in sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Slice each wrap in half on a diagonal. Serve immediately.

Delicious cob wrap. Changes I made; don't like deli meat, I cooked some turkey breast cutlets on The stove with Pam and garlic pepper seasoning. Also, had some leftover low fat chipotle ranch dressing, used it in place of the lemon juice and oil. There are so many variations you can do with this wrap.
