How to Make It
Let dough rest, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500°F.
In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, ham, and 1 tablespoon oil; toss gently to coat.
Press dough along the bottom of a 13- x 9-inch half sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Pierce dough all over with a fork. Bake at 500° for 5-7 minutes.
Brush remaining 2 Tablespoons oil on crust; sprinkle surface evenly with minced garlic. Top evenly with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
Top pizza with lettuce mixture, crumbled bacon, and chicken. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing; sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
