Very easy to make, and delicious on my waldorf salad instead of mayo.0 last night  I also plan to use it as a marinade for chicken and pork.  I substituted one of the lemons for a lime, and used the zest of both...I plan to bring some to work with me to really perk up my lunch time salad.  I can't wait to try the Oxmoor House  chicken salad with red grapes with this dressing.
