I made this and it's a keeper! used raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, ( what I had on hand), and was worried it would be too dominant, but it wasn't. Also used 4 lbs of chicken thighs so increased the broth by a cup. Everyone loved the dish, the meat was very tender. This recipe would be great for company. I served it with roasted butternut squash and a green salad. Next time I will use regular cider vinegar, and it will be a 5 star recipe!
