How to Make It

Pour 3 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover and steep 8 minutes; discard tea bags. Stir in cider and honey. Serve warm or over ice.

This is a wonderful recipe! I served it for our fall dinner party for 50. Folks drank more of this than my husband's famous sweet tea! It has a wonderful, almost fruit tea taste, so there's no overwhelming apple taste. We have cider leftover, so I'll continue to add some to regular sweet tea. I confess that I completely forgot to add the honey being busy with preparations, but my husband had already added his usual sugar, so it was sweetened.
