A messy process, but the end result is incredibly delicious. Next time, I am going to pour chocolate filling into a deeper dish to make it easier to scoop balls out. Used both a melon baller and spoon, both with equal results. Hard to get the truffles truly round, but once coated with chocolate coating, and a dusting of confectioners sugar, they still looked good.
