  • Bring milk, cream, and orange rind strips to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat; whisk in chocolate syrup and raspberry jam. Discard orange rind. If desired, stir in 2 Tbsp. brandy per 1 cup punch just before serving.
