Made these last year. Really great and crisp. I made different nut and non-nut sprinkles. I just dipped the bottom in chocolate and layed them on the nuts. worked perfectly. I made a few batches with peppermint extract and dark chocolate dip (no nuts). Those were also great. Dipped in crushed candy cane.
