Janie Hamilton, it's not fair to rate the recipe if you haven't tried it. You can buy German's sweet chocolate in the baking section of the grocery store. This is a delicious, classic frosting that is wonderful to use on a wide variety of desserts.

Hard to rate since I haven't made it yet. I don't know what "sweet dark chocolate" is. I thought all dark chocolate was either semi-sweet or unsweetened.
