These are the cookies that my Great Aunt made when I was a kid. Her recipe is different and I cannot get it to come out. I made yours and it is spot on in flavor, EXCEPT....... they are flat as pancakes. There is no way to "roll" the dough into balls, even after refrigeration, as it is far too soft. It doesn't even hold shape long enough to put into the oven before it starts to spread. What am I doing wrong????????
