How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Line 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pan with foil. In small bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, HOLLAND HOUSE Sherry Cooking Wine, honey, and garlic clove; mix well. Place ribs, meaty side up, in foil-lined pan; brush with sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and starts to pull away from bone, brush frequently with additional sauce.

Step 2

You can substitute beef ribs, either long or short, for the baby back ribs. The results will be equally delicious.
