Really like the chimichurri sauce, but next time I will start with about 1/2 the vinegar and then add more to taste. The end result as is is very very vinegar-y. I think with less vinegar, I will love it.
How to Make It
With food processor on, drop garlic through food chute; process until minced. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process 1 minute or until finely minced.
