How to Make It

Stir together lime juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, chili powder, and ground red pepper. Add pecans; toss. Spread in a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until pecans are toasted and dry, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.

I love the addition of the lime with the heat of the cayenne pepper.

Every time I make this recipe, I get requests for the recipe and ziploc bags to take some home! Quick, easy and addictive, spicy but not overly so.Didn't seem to need to grease the foil.

I made these for a party, and they were a big hit. The lime gives them a different twist than most spiced nuts. Nice recipe!

Even though I liked this recipe well enough, I did not think it was great and would choose to make a different pecan recipe next time. Somthing about the lime just didn't work for me and I usually love lime.
