  • Combine chili powder, rind, 1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl; rub over corn. Coat grill pan with cooking spray. Add corn to pan; cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove corn from pan.

  • Top corn with butter and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt.
