How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Step 3

Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Add broth and wine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cheese.

although i didn't follow the recipe exactly the end result was very tasty. i doubled the entire recipe and the flavor was just right. i didn't have a saute pan large enough for all the chicken i prepared so after browning i put on a plate and kept it warm while i reduced the sauce. my family enjoyed it very much. i will definitely make again.
