Purchase sesame seeds from a health food store or from the Middle Eastern area of a grocery store, where they're much less expensive.

How to Make It

Step 1

Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken. Cut chicken into strips.

Step 2

Whisk together egg and next 2 ingredients in a bowl; add chicken, coating well. Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 3

Combine sesame seeds, bread-crumbs, and garlic powder in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and shake to coat. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet; drizzle with butter.

Step 4

Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until golden.

Step 5

Stir together mustard, honey, and hot sauce. Serve with chicken strips.
