I tried this recipe because a friend gave us some acai juice and I was looking for a way to use it instead of drinking it. I used rotisserie chicken and strawberries, blackberries and raspberries instead of the onions and this recipe was awesome! My husband and I enjoyed it so much that I made it again the next night for dinner. Even my husband asked me to forward this recipe to a friend. I would love to share this salad with friends at a potluck or luncheon. I would definitely make this recipe again.
