The shallots and blue cheese make it tasty but otherwise a little plain.
This was a huge disappointment, I wouldn't even waste my time trying to jazz it up. There are so many super delicious turkey and chicken burger recipes out there that are full of flavor and low in fat - two I'd recommend from this site are: Greek-Style Burgers with Feta Aioli, and Spicy Poblano Burgers with Pickled Red Onions and Chipotle Cream. Both recipes adapt nicely to substituting ground turkey breast for the beef. Unless you like totally blah burgers, skip this one!
Did not have shallots so I cooked up about 1/2 c. onions in a pan and added that to the ground chicken mixture with a little more rosemary. Topped bagel thins with horseraddish, turkey bacon, romaine lettuce and tomato. yum.
Very good! Followed the recipe almost exact, just left off the lettuce and used a whole grain bun. Served it with green beans. We will make this again. It's a quick dish & a very tasty burger indeed.
super easy and super yummy!
This was an easy and impressive meal! I served it with a salad and it was just delicious and perfectly filling. Looking forward to trying it on the BBQ this summer.
Really good - great flavors - takes longer to cook the burgers than 5 minutes. We made with turkey instead of chicken but kept everything else the same.
