Port adds a grown-up twist, but you can sub unsweetened cherry or pomegranate juice, if you like.

How to Make It

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar melts. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop. Cool slightly before serving.

Really delicious, much better than my usual boring cranberries with water, sugar and orange. This is a great recipe.
