These low-fat French fries are tossed with a small amount of vegetable oil, topped with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and baked.  

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until golden.
