Very easy, crowd pleaser, good for a hot summer day.
This was very easy to make, very tasty, and very impressive. I got compliments on it and will make it again. I would make it for a special occasion, not everyday. Did not alter ingredients. Served as appetizer. And was pleased to find that I could make it a few minutes ahead or let it sit for a few minutes. I was worried it would get dry or soggy but it didn't.
We made this as a appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a hit! Our guests were asking for the recipe!
Great recipe, very easy. I added some balsamic to the tomatoes and added some basil to the cream cheese. Perfect!
