We thought these were delicious!! We couldn't stop eating them. I cut the recipe in half since there was just 4 of us. Due to timing, I didn't refrigerate these, but didn't notice a difference. I didn't measure my dough. I just cut them in thin strips. I read the reviewer where they fell apart when twisting. I don't understand that as this is just a sheet of dough. be sure you are using Puff Pastry & NOT Phyllo Dough, which is layers of pastry. That will certainly fall apart on you.
I followed the directions exactly, but every time I attempted to cut or twist them they fell apart all over the place or the puff pastry broke. Absolute waste of money buying ingredients when I got nothing I could even attempt to bake.
These probably tasted good but the baking time was too long! I checked on them after 6 minutes and they were almost done.....I left them in 5 minutes longer...no where near the 12-15 minutes in the recipe and most of them were burnt and inedible!

this beats hard old crusty sticks that you can buy in the stores..... would be nice to make for a spagetti dinner with some finely shredded mozarella cheese and parmesan.
