My family loves this. It's super quick & easy to make. I add a bunch of chopped green onion to the mix to give it some additional flavor.

Pretty quick and easy to make and the flavor is good. I used reduced fat cheddar. I overcooked the broccoli so it was kind of mushy. Worth a repeat for it's simplicity.

This recipe was not so hot. The beer was WAY overpowering. I even used fresh cheddar and shaved it myself. it was labor intensive and not worth it! We were very disappointed as cheese and broccoli is one of my husband's favorite sides- and we ended up throwing the remainder of this away!

Great way to get my family to eat broccoli! Added double the cheese and a little cayenne and tripe the chives - was a great sauce.
