Great combination of flavors! I found this recipe yesterday and had it for dinner last night and it was so very good. I toasted the whole grain bread then spread with honey mustard. Then I topped it with extra sharp cheddar cheese and then the apple slices. This was so quick and easy to make and healthy too. Thank you for the recipe. I live alone and don't always want to cook a big meal and this fit the bill. Since I had a large apple, I dipped the remainder in hummus.
