  • Preheat oven to 450°. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet; bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Add cauliflower to food processor with Easy Hummus, reserving 1 tablespoon cauliflower; process until smooth. Top hummus with reserved 1 tablespoon cauliflower and olives.
