Surprisingly good! Not an everyday affair but every once in a while will be quite refreshing! Remember to peel and dice up bananas before freezing.

Healthy and delicious. I half the ginger because I found it a little overpowering. You can substitute soy milk of you don't happen to have yogurt on hand. I reduced the ice cubes and a little water to thin it out to my desired consistency. This has become one of my stable morning smoothie drinks.

This was delicious and so refreshing. I could not find my juicer so I had to wait until my next trip to the store to get the carrot juice, but it was well worth the wait. Will make again, in fact, I might incorporate it into my daily breakfast routine. Delicious!

Just as the title reads...Refreshing! I used a juicer for the carrot juice, and substituted lime for lemon juice. Would like to have added Greek style yogurt, but didn't have it on hand. Even the kids enjoyed!

This is outrageously good. Wow! I did double the ginger as I really love fresh ginger. So great that 100% carrot juice is now readily available (bought mine next to the OJ in Wal-Mart). Using nonfat sugar-free yogurt lowers the calories just a bit too.
