I made this for a summer brunch and my guest felt the lime flavor was too strong. I recommend cutting back to two or three tablesooons. Less is always better than more. Add the lime One tablespoon at a time, then taste before adding more to be safe. Great flavor once I adjusted the lime. This is a keeper for brunch. Recommended for a nice supper too with a salad. It is always fun finding something new for brunch. Looks really pretty plated with the avocado, sauce and red peppers to top.
Yum! I would definitely make this for a special occasion. I think this could be much easier to make for a large group if frozen crabcakes were used. The sauce and entire combination is wonderful!
