This was very easy to make and was delicious! I made it for company with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and everyone loved it!
This was wonderful and light, I cut this in half to make enough for just my husband and I. I suggest using a vanilla bean ice cream fr more flavor and maybe adding a touch of cinnamon to the fruit before cooking
