We take sandwiches up a notch with our Caramelized Onion Bliss. Blue cheese, caramlized onions, and sauteed pears combine inside challah bread and are cooked in a panini press.

Leitz' Dragonstone Riesling ($16) would be a great choice, but any good-quality Spätlese or even Auslese-level Riesling would be wonderful as well.
