I have to admit to there being too much balsamic used these days. It's not that it's not tasty, but the joy of a Caprese salad is that you get that fresh basil flavor with the quality of other ingredients not getting lost. So wonderfully delish! Great summer salad. Although, traditionally this salad i made without balsamic, it is more and more common to see it made this way. Balsamic is one of my fav flavors, so I am happy to see the addition!
