  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, oil, salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic in a 13- x 9-inch cake pan. Nestle sausage links in vegetable mixture. Bake in preheated oven until sausages are cooked through and browned and potatoes are tender, 35 to 45 minutes.
