How to Make It

Step 1

Spread dressing evenly on cut sides of bagels. Sprinkle with pepper.

Step 2

Arrange half of red onion, romaine lettuce, and cheese on bottom halves of bagels, and repeat layers. Top with the top halves of bagels.

Annie's is one of the only commercial caesar dressings on the market that doesn't add animal products to their dressing. If you're serving vegetarians, be sure to check the label for anchovies or fish sauce--prevalent in a majority of on-the-shelf dressings.

Love this sandwich!! It is an easy meal to put together for lunch or dinner. The cheese is a bit expensive for four sandwiches so I make more the rest of the week for casual eating. One of my favorites, for sure.
