While this Caesar Chicken-Pasta Salad can be enjoyed the way it is, you can include or substitute different kinds of chicken, turkey, cheese salad dressing, or herbs.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredents in a large bowl; toss well to coat.

Step 2

Note: To lower the sodium in this dish, use plain cooked chicken in place of the commercial roasted variety, which is fairly high in sodium.

Good for summer

This recipe was easy and good.  The fresh herbs make a big difference.  We grilled the chicken instead of store bought and used parm since it was a Cesar.  Even without those substitutions I think it would have been delicious.  If you can, make homemade Cesar dressing for even better flavor.

yes this is really good.  i used my own roast chicken meat, but cheated and used commercial caesar dressing.  i brought it to a tennis luncheon and the ladies loved it, light but substantial.  on the feta vs parmesan debate, am partial to feta.

Fantastic! Tried this with ingredients on hand, so subbed red onions for green, fresh baby spinach for parsley, and basil-tomato flavored feta. Amazing taste and rave reviews all around.

Great flavor and super easy!!!! My husband and I enjoyed it as a quick lunch with garlic bread. I cooked my own chicken breast and added freshly grated parmesan and cracked pepper. Can't wait to try it this summer with fresh tomatoes.

Awesome salad! I did substitute parmesan for the feta since it's what I had on hand. I think the salad tastes even better the next day.
