This was absolutely delicious. I served this with the Cooking Light Green Curry Fritters and it was a wonderful accompaniment to that dish. For those that don't like spicy, you can leave out the jalapenos. I like spicy so I left them in. :)
I didn't alter any of the ingredients or quantities and found the salad was perfectly dressed; not too much and not too little. I will definitely make this again.
This is a delicious and different slaw with the sesame oil giving the dish a peanut flavor. I would also use 5 cups of the slice cabbage (I used the premixed slaw with carrot/red cabbage) as there is enough dressing for more cabbage. Also, I skipped the jalapenos as that would have been too spicy for us. I served this with Green Curry Fritters (small chicken burgers) from Cooking Light.
