So I forgot to get fresh mango at the store.  I had a little lunch cup mango cubes that I used to make the dressing (my immersion blender worked perfectly) so that was fine, but instead of mango on the salad I used nectarine.  Delicious!  Very refreshing salad.  Will definitely make this again.  So easy!!
