How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.

Step 2

Combine honey and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk until blended. Pour honey mixture over cabbage mixture. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.

This reminds me of the slaw that Red Lobster uses on their shrimp tacos.  The cumin made me nervous but it really does work well.  Planning to serve pork sliders and maybe I will make fish taco if there are left overs.
