I didn't have a lemon on hand so I made this with bottled lemon juice and dried orange peel. Even so, it was quite delicious and super fast for a weeknight. I plan to make it again with a fresh lemon.
I made this for Easter because I wanted a simple refreshing side and this fit the bill.
This was really good--nice and lemony and fresh. I steamed the broccolini instead of boiling it and served with CL's Three-Cheese Macaroni & Cheese (Sept. 2008) and a green salad.
Very Good!!! I was looking for a way to cook up broccoli and actually like it...well I found it with this recipe! Made it with the Pineapple Teriyaki Salmon also featured by Cooking Light. Wonderful and fast!
