These are easy and fantastic. I top with real bacon bits - you can also serve with a sprinkle of chopped bread-and-butter pickles, shredded cheese or sliced jalapenos.
Appetizer for thanksgiving, and while everyone ate them, they are not as good as I anticipated. I guess I miss the texture from typical deviled eggs made with relish. They had a nice kick to them, but definitely need some work done to make them better.
These were a good twist, rich and creamy from the butter and Dijon, but it was missing some texture (dill pickle relish? onions?).
Everyone LOVED these deviled eggs! I will definitely make them again!
