  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 3 minutes or until syrup mixture reaches 220°, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in butter. Cool.

  • Beat on medium speed of electric mixer about 5 minutes or until thick enough to spread.
