Serves 6 (serving size: 2 drumsticks)

These drumsticks are mildly spicy. For a little more heat, stir 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper into the sauce.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; cook 3 minutes, stirring until butter melts. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce.

Step 3

Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Brush chicken with reserved 1/4 cup sauce; grill chicken 5 minutes. Turn chicken over, reduce heat to medium, and grill 20 minutes or until done, turning once. Place chicken in a large bowl. Drizzle with remaining sauce; toss well.

A very easy and tasty riff on classic Buffalo wings.  Definitely add the extra crushed red pepper!

These were easy to make and the sauce had a delicious flavor.  All of the flavor of traditional Buffalo wings but way less guilt.
