Addictive. Didn't realize it was going to make so much, but served it at a party and got rave reviews. I liked it best on the celery. The next time I make it I will do it in a crock pot and just mix the cheese in because there was not a good way to keep it warm and with the cheese just on top, the cheese hardened as it cooled
