How to Make It

Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat; stir in wine, soy sauce, and tarragon.

Used this on some steaks and served it with sauteed mushrooms, roasted cauliflower and spinach salad, it turned out great! Will definitely be using this one again!
